BBR lists businesses across Bangladesh: restaurants and sweet shops, clinics and diagnostic centres, gadget shops, salons, coaching centres, repair services and many more. Members review the businesses they have used themselves, in Bangla or English.
Before you choose where to eat, who fixes your AC or which clinic to visit, you can read what other customers went through, see how the business answers, and judge for yourself.

Get listed
Anyone with a BBR account can add a business, and our team checks each one before it goes live.

Claim your listing
Show us you run the business and you get the Owner verified badge and can keep the details up to date.

Reply to reviews
Thank customers, explain, or say what you fixed. Replies are public and sit under the review.
Our team also adds businesses from public sources, so a business may find itself on BBR before anyone from it signs up: it can claim its listing like any other. Some listing details come from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.

Independent by design
Reviews are only useful if nobody can buy their way around them. These rules hold for every business on BBR.

No paid reviews
Nobody can buy a review, and businesses may not offer discounts, gifts or anything else in return for one.

No paid reordering or removal
Money never decides which reviews show or in what order. Owners can reply, but they can’t hide, remove or reorder reviews.

Owners checked by hand
“Owner verified” means our team checked who runs the business, through the business’s own channels.

Trending can’t be bought
Trending counts members’ upvotes and reviews and people’s visits, and gives brand-new accounts less weight. Nobody can pay to trend or to win a weekly award.

Featured is always labelled
When a listing is featured, it says “Featured”. It doesn’t change the listing’s rating or its reviews.

Removed only for cause
We remove a review only when it breaks our guidelines or the law, never for being negative.
